QuikWallet uses your phone number for identification purpose. We recommend to use the same phone number for your log in. Changing phone number will create a new account. Also, QuikWallet credits, card/transaction details of your old account won't be reflected in this account.

QuikWallet uses your phone number to identify you as an user on our application. We do not use our user's phone number for any third party marketing purposes.

Yes, you can. Verification code/notification SMS will be sent only on your registered phone number.

In case you have changed your number, you can login with your old credentials and keep the old sim active on any other device to get the verification code inorder to get access to your old account. In case you have changed your device, check for device compatibility.

You can redeem upto 10% of your QuikWallet credits while paying a bill using a credit/debit card or a prepaid card. For instance if your bill amount is Rs. 1000, only 100 credits will be applied and the remaining has to be paid using a Debit/Credit card.

Hi, due to a change in our terms of use, from 29 January, 2014 on wards, you will only receive your credits after the person you referred makes a transaction. We had to make these changes due to a number of fraud referrals being made by certain users. Nothing else has changed - you will continue to earn Rs. 100 for every friend you refer after he pays through QuikWallet for Rs. 100 & upto 10% of the bill can be paid by these credits.

QuikWallet features a four digit pin authentication when one opens the app. You can lock your account from our WebApp. Visit qw.cm and click on 'Lost your device?'. Enter your account credentials and click on 'LOCK ACCOUNT

Click on 'Forgot Password?' which will send a reset password link on your email. Click on the link to enter new password

Visit qw.cm and Log in to your account. Click on Settings and you will get a separate tab to change email.

You can always unlink your device from QuikWallet. Click on the draw menu >Settings>Select 'Logout' option.
